Foshee Construction is performing the civil work for a new single-family project located in Clermont, Florida. The project broke ground in the summer of 2024 and is expected to be complete August 2025.
The site work includes extensive preparation and infrastructure development, such as excavating 55,115 cubic yards of earth, over-excavating the pond for positive drainage, installing 10 sanitary sewer manholes that ranged from 5’ deep to 26’ deep, installing 2,617 LF of sanitary sewer pipe, 1,721 LF of force main and a lift station, 30 precast storm structures, 2,1615 LF of various sizes of storm pipe between 12”-30”, potable water pipe of 2,886 LF, installing 2,764 LF of reclaimed water pipe, paving system of 7,789 SY that includes asphalt paving, limerock base, 4,348 LF of curb & 5,901 SF of sidewalk, striping and signage, Offsite Turn lane that consisted 2,886 SY of paving system, multiple areas of sod that was 25,225 SF.
