Project Overview

Foshee Construction is performing the civil work for a spine road that will service multiple retail and commercial buildings, project located in Minneola, Florida. The project broke ground in February 2025 and is expected to be complete late 2025.

The site work includes extensive preparation and infrastructure development, such as clearing and grubbing 23 acres, excavating 222,756 cubic yards of earth, multiple large ponds, installing 1 sanitary sewer manhole at 9’ deep, installing 59 LF of sanitary sewer pipe, 1,545 LF of force main and a lift station, 30 precast storm structures, 3,183 LF of various sizes of storm pipe between 15”-42”, potable water pipe of 2,238 LF between the sizes of 4” to 16”, 5 Fire Hydrants, installing 1,588 LF of pipe from 3” to 6”, paving system of 12,598 SY that includes both light duty and heavy duty asphalt paving, limerock base, 5,183 LF of curb & 4,169 SF of sidewalk, 6 handicap ramps, striping and signage. Included also, there is a 400 parking stall temp parking lot for the new brewery across the street.

The project spine road will serve the first of many retail lots with the first being another location for The Crooked Can Brewery.
