Foshee Construction is performing the civil work for a new multi-family project located in Orlando, Florida. The project broke ground in 2024 and is expected to be complete November 2025.
The site work includes extensive preparation and infrastructure development, such as excavating 8,554 cubic yards of earth, installing 7 sanitary sewer manholes that ranged from 6’ deep to 9’ deep, installing 713 LF of sanitary sewer pipe, 409 LF of force main and a lift station, 5 precast storm structures, 21 yard drains, 3,011 LF of various sizes of storm pipe between 6”-15”, potable water pipe of 1,383 LF, installing 2,764 LF of, Class V Fire Protection 431 LF, paving system of 5,311 SY that includes asphalt paving, limerock base, 1,763 LF of curb & 11,367 SF of sidewalk, striping and signage. The Enclave at Canopy Park will benefit affordable housing for local residents.
